Our legal office provides a wide range of legal services to entrepreneurs. Its offer covers all aspects of proper functioning of an enterprise, such as corporate problems, contracts, tax matters, employee issues, as well as litigation, firm restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.

One of the significant areas of our activity is connected with rendering services related to acquisitions of competitive enterprises or mergers with such enterprises. We ensure legal security of such transactions by conducting a legal due diligence of the enterprise to be acquired, examining the existence of intellectual property rights, preparing or providing opinions on agreements concluded between the parties of the transactions, as well as securing execution of the agreements.

The scope of services provided by our office includes also legal support for newly created firms. We assist the clients in choosing the appropriate legal form for the enterprises to be established, participate in their registration and in the process of obtaining funds.
